RESOLUTION NO. 43-96
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Swanson Ave,, County Road No. 612709, from M.P. 0.00 to
M.P. 0.16, and Huntingford St., County Road No. 610509, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.35, and
Myrtle St., County Road No. 612409, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.37, and Becker St., County Road
No. 608809, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.19, and Kruse St., County Road No. 610209, from M.P.
0.00 to M.P. 0.22, and Combs Pl., County Road No. 613909, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.07, be
improved as follows:
Prepare and Resurface with Bimminus Surface Treatment.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the mounts and for the
purpose shown:

The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.

accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
