WHEREAS, the resignation of the Bayshore Motel Manager has created a vacancy; and
WHEREAS, the vacant Bayshore Motel Manager position creates an extraordinary staffing need; and
WHEREAS, the vacancy, if'left unfilled, could potentially cause public injury;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Public Works Director/County Engineer is hereby dkected
to make an emergency appointment to the Bayshore Motel Manager position for a limited duration that shall not
exceed 90 days.
