IN THE MATTER OF A
NOTICE OF ~qTENTION
TO SELL SURPLUS
COUNTY PROPERTY
RESOLUTION NO. 62-96
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus property, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has indicated a need to dispose of the property
located at 331 Fremont Avenue in Quilcene that is described as follows, which has been declared
surplus, for sale at a public auction to be held on September 3, 1996.
A 1,560 square foot (26' x 60') 1991 Brookfield Mobile Home, and
A 600 square foot workshop/garage (20'x 30'), with a metal roof and metal siding over
a 2' x 6' wood frame on 20" centers; including wiring, wood stove heat, and an insulated
pump house.
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 36.34.020 requires that this intention should be published with
a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly
describing the property proposed to be sold and designating the place where, the day and hour,
when the hearing will be held for such consideration.
