IN THE MATTER OF ACCEPTING
BID FOR THE
REMODEL OF THE AUDITOR'S OFFICE
PROJECT NO. CH1260
RESOLUTION NO. 63-96
WHEREA S, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with
Ordinance # 05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened on July 29, 1996 at 11
a.m. in the office of Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation sheet, with
other contractors declining to bid, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept a bid which is complete, responsive and within acceptable range of the architect's
estimate, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the bid submitted by Kuhn
Construction for a total bid amount of $16,125 meets these criteria, and that this bid be
accepted and
documents in
acceptance.
SEAL:
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
their entirety as included in the bid package are part of this bid
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this ~day of ~996.
