HomeMy WebLinkAbout066 96STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON In the matter of: Notice of Hearing on Application for Franchise - Jefferson P.U.D. #1, Applicant X X X X RESOLUTION NO. ,66--96 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jefferson P.U.D. #1 has filed an application with the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, for a franchise to construct, operate, and maintain, water systems, authorized under Title 56 RCW, including those common under Title 56 and 57 per 56.20.015, consisting of installation and service connections upon, under, and along the rights of way of all county roads of Jefferson County, Washington, described as follows: All County roads in the Sections, Townships, and Ranges as described in Exhibit "A", attached. The non-exclusive Franchise Application is for a period of thirty (30) years. The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, State of Washington, has fixed Monday, August 26, 1996, at the hour of 11:25 a.m. o'clock in the Office of the County Commissioners, Jefferson County Courthouse, Port Townsend, Washington, as the time and place for the hearing on said application. Such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by order of the Board. After such hearing the Board will take such action with reference to the application as the Board shall deem appropriate for the public interest.
