RESOLUTION NO. 69-96
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that roads constructed on the platted rights-of-way of Bayview
Avenue adjoining Blocks 158 and 159, North Lyter Avenue adjoining Blocks 153 and 158, South Olympic
Avenue adjoining Lots 1, 35, and 36 of Block 157 and Lots 1-3 of Block 162, North Olympic Avenue
adjoining Lots 13-20 of Block 158 and Lots 12-24 of Block 161 and Blocks 159 and 160, and Elston Avenue
adjoining Lots 3-21 Block 162 all in the Plat oflrondale Division 6 and depicted on the attached exhibit be
improved as follows:
Grade ditches and chip seal surface.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose
shown:

This project is included in the officially adopted annual road program as Item No.
The project is hereby made a part of the officially adopted annual road program in accordance
with R.C.W. 36.81.130.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that:
The construction is to be accomplished by contract in accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.

The construction is to be accomplished by County forces in accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.065
and W.A.C. 136.18.
