IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that OWL CREEK ROAD, Washington State Department of
Natural Resources Road No. H1060 , from M.P. 0.43 to M.P. 0.45, be protected due to the flooding under
emergency per Resolution No. 104-95 as follows:
Install rip rap protection including mitigation features.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted emergency
budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purpose
shown:
