IN THE MATTER OF INCOME }
TO THE COUNTY FROM THE SALE }
OF SURPLUS PROPERTY }
RESOLUTION NO. 88-96
WHEREAS, Jefferson County engaged in a project to acquire certain
properties at the mouth of the Quilcene River in order to facilitate flood protection
and habitat preservation; and,
WHEREAS, the County acquired a mobile home and other buildings
through that process which were declared surplus and sold at a public auction and
the proceeds from the sale of these items it to be used to pay back the acquisition
loan from the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund (E.R.&R.); and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Jefferson County that the County Treasurer is hereby
directed to transfer $18,172.95 from the Treasurer's Suspense Fund to the
Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund (E.R.&R.) Fund.
