RESOLUTION NO. 93~96
WHEREAS, a situation exists due to replacing an existing drainage
culvert on the Duckabush Rd. along Pierce Creek with a box culvert beginning
October 18, 1996.
WHEREAS, a situation exists to the public on the Duckabush Rd., County
Road Number 227408, due to drainage maintenance on the Duckabush Rd.
along Pierce Creek.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Duckabush Rd., County Road
Number 227408, M.P. 0.50 to M.P. 0.60 is temporarily closed with traffic being
detoured to Kelly Rd., County Road Number 226509, commencing immediately
and remaining closed until such time as the road is repaired and reopened.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18TH DAY OF October, 1996
