WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been petitioned to
establish the name of a certain private road located in Section 12, Township 28 North,
Range 2 West, W.M., as shown on attached Exhibit "A", and
WHEREAS, a majority of the property owners, addressed along said road, are in
agreement regarding the name,
Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Crocker Lake
