RESOLUTION NO. 97-96
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Quinault - South Shore Rd. , County Road No. _
911607., from M.P. 0.90 to M.P. 1.38., and from M.P. 3.83 to M.P. 3.97., be repaired due to
flooding under emergency per Resolution No. 104-95 as follows:
Emergency restoration of two sections of road including riprap and bio-engineered bank
protection; roadway excavation and embankment; gravel surfacing; and fish habitat mitigation
work.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road
fund budget and based on the County Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for
the purpose shown:

Agreement Number: LA- 3314
The Local Agency of Jefferson County desires to supplement the agreement entered into and executed on JULY 29, 1996 as
identified above. All provisions in the basic agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:

Description of Work:
Emergency restoration of two sections of the road as indicated above with two 10 foot lanes and 2 foot shoulders at
the first location and two 9 foot lanes with 2 foot shoulders at the second location. Surface will be gravel to match
existing roadway. Includes bank protection utilizing both riprap and "bio-engineered" woody debris and vegetation.
Reason for Supplement:
Supplement reflects P.S.&E. estimate: estimate for unanticipated mitigation required by H.P.A.; & estimate for field changes.
