RESOLUTION NO.
103-96
WHEREAS, a petition signed by ten (10) or more freeholders has been received
by the Board of County Commissioners setting forth that it is in the public interest to
maintain as a part of the County Road System:
and in
That road known as Redeemer Way, being the south 60 feet wide of the West
310.00 feet of that portion of the North 422 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter and the North 422 feet of the West 1034 feet of the Northwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 1
West, W.M. lying Easterly of Chimacum Road, County Road No. 932507.
Situate in Jefferson County, Washington and more descriptively shown on
attached "Exhibit A",
contemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W. 36.81.010,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County
Commissioners does now declare its intention to establish said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby directed
to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is practicable, as to
the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general course and length
thereof, and all other facts, matters and information which will be of importance to the
Board; and that such reports be filed as soon as possible.
The Board shall fix a time and place for a hearing of the engineers report and any
evidence relative thereto, as per RCW 36.81.070

County Courthouse.
