IN THE MATTER OF ACCEPTING
BID FOR THE
REMODEL OF THE
DISTRICT COURT CLERK'S OFFICE
PROJECT NO. CH1275
RESOLUTION NO._ 109-96
WHEREA S, Jefferson County invited bidders in accordance with
Ordinance # 05-0601-92 "SMALL WORKS ROSTER BIDDING PROCEDURE", for the
above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, five bids were received and opened on December 9, 1996 at
11 a.m. in the office of Public Works, as shown in the attached bid tabulation sheet,
and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
accept the low bid which is complete and responsive, now therefore;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the best and most responsive bid
was submitted by Kuhn Construction for a total bid amount of $13,268, and that this
bid be accepted and
ATTEST:
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract
documents in their entirety as included in the bid package are part of this bid
acceptance.
