IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works will
initiate and complete the following project:
Assist and support a consultant in the development of the Big
Quilcene River Comprehensive Plan. In developing the plan, the
consultant will coordinate with Jefferson County Public Works,
Department of Ecology, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S.
Forest Service, the Quilcene Flood Board, and all members of the
Local Interagency Team. (LIT)
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that funding will be provided from the
following source(s).

IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the consultant will utilize information
provided in the Geomax and Philip Williams reports, Big Quilcene Watershed
Analysis, as well as historical sources and other pertinent information
provided by the LIT. The draft form of the plan is due March 31, 1997, and
the final is due June 30, 1997.
