We will notify Ecology of this withdrawal. Withdrawal of your application at this time does not preclude you from requesting a DA permit in the future. If the current proposal remains unchanged, you may submit a request for re -initiation of the permit process. At our discretion, we will determine if the information is sufficient to complete the permit application or if a new permit application is required. If the proposed project or responsible parties have changed, you must submit a new permit application and project drawings. Please cite the reference number above in any future submittals regarding this site. You will also need to contact Ecology to re -initiate Ecology's review process. Please contact Ecology's Federal Permit Manager via email at ecyrefedpermits@ecy.wa.gov. Because a Department of the Army permit is necessary for this work, do not commence construction before obtaining a valid permit. An electronic copy of this letter will be furnished to Mr. Ken Sheppard, Ketter, Sheppard & Jackson, LLP via email. If you have any questions, please contact me at danette.l.guy@usace.army.mil or at (206) 348-3999. Sincerely, Danette L.
