Donna is out most of this month. I am not aware of any withdrawal of the Jefferson County permit application by
BDN.
If I hear anything to the contrary while Donna is out, I will let you know.

I just received notice that BDN-Smersh has withdrawn its application for a federal permit from the US Army Corps of
Engineers for a commercial geoduck farm. (See forwarded email below.)
I know Donna may be out of the office. Do you have any notice that BDN-Smersh has withdrawn its application for a
County permit?
I'd appreciate knowing the application's status at the County. Thanks --Marilyn
