In the Matter of Establishing
the Prosecuting Attorney's
Salary for 1995

RESOLUTION NO. 3-95
WHEREAS, one-half (1/2) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's
salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance with RC.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 1995 is Fifty four thousand three hundred
sixty two and 37/100 dollars ($54,362.37), effective January 1, 1995.
