WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has been
petitioned to establish the name of a certain private road located in
Section 7, Township 26 North, Range 1 west, W.M., as shown on attached
Exhibit "A" and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road shall be named Nicholas
Place. ~
