County of Jefferson
IN THE MATTER OF INCREASING }
THE REVOLVING FUND AMOUNT }
FOR THE JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIR}
RESOLUTION NO. 7-95
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Fair has requested an increase in their Revolving
Fund account which is currently established at $6,000.00, to the sum of $12,000.00 so they can
cover cash transactions in a timely manner; and
WHEREAS, it appears that increasing this Revolving Fund to the sum of $12,000.00
is necessary in order to conduct the affairs of the Jefferson County Fair, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOL VED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to
issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $6,000.00 payable to the Jefferson County Fair for the
purpose of increasing the amount of their Revolving Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL VED, that the subject matter hereof is one to meet needs
and this Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice or hearing.
