WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County
Road System:
That road known as Otto Street (m.p. 0.49 to 0.69), lying in the Southeast ~ of
the Norhtwest ~ of Section 21, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M.,
Jefferson County, Washington State, and which center line is more
descriptively shown on the attached survey as recorded at Page 124 of
Volume 11 of Surveys, records of Jefferson County, Washington;
and in contemplation of the language of Statute R.C.W.36.81.01O,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County
Commissioners does now declare its intention to establish said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is
practicable, as to the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general
course and length thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board; and that such reports be filed as soon as possible.
