SERVICES DEPARTMENT}
RESOLUTION NO. 10-95
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Juvenile and Family Court Services has
requested the amount of $50.00 to make change for cash transactions handled within
the office and to allow the purchase of small office supply items as necessary in a
timely manner; and
WHEREAS, it appears these amOlU1ts are necessary in order to conduct the
affairs of the Juvenile and Family Court Services Department in a prompt and orderly
manner; now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer be, and she is hereby
authorized to issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $50.00 payable to Jefferson
COlU1ty Juvenile and Family Court Services, for the purpose of establishing the Juvenile
and Family Court Services Petty Cash Fund for the Department in the amount of
$50.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the subject matter hereof is one to
meet needs and tIns Resolution shall be in force and take effect without further notice
or hearing.
