Intent to Establish
A County Road:
Tahlequah Lane

WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears to this Board of County
Commissioners that it is in the public interest to maintain as a part of the County
Road System:
Tahlequah Lane (m.p. 0.00 to 0.06), as graphically shown at page 124 in
Volume 11 of Surveys, and lying in the RainCrow Industrial Center in Section
16, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M.,as recorded under Auditor's File
Number 353134, all records of Jefferson County, State of Washington.
and in contemplation of the language of Statute RC.W.36.81.01O,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board of County
Commissioners does now declare its intention to establish said road, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to examine said road and report his opinion as to whether this road is
practicable, as to the necessity of the road, as to the proper terminal points, general
course and length thereof, and all other facts, matters and things which will be of
importance to the Board; and. that such reports be filed as soon as possible.
ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 1995.
HEARING to be held MARCH 27, 1995, at 11:25 a.m. o'clock at the Jefferson
County Courthouse.
