WHEREAS, upon the recommendation of the County Engineer, and after
holding a public hearing and granting due consideration to all testimony, reports, and
other facts, it appears to this Board of County Commissioners that it is in the public
interest to change the name of Mount Walker Rd., County Road No. 277709, located
in Section 11, Township 26 North, Range 2 West and Section 12, Township 26
North, Range 2 West, W.M., to Spencer Creek Rd., as shown on attached Exhibit
"A", and
WHEREAS, this action is deemed to be in the best interest of the public, and
is considered to be necessary for the safety and welfare of the public; and
WHEREAS, the affected adjacent property owners are in agreement with said
name change;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the name of Mount Walker Road
shall be changed to Spencer Creek Rd.
