WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report
with respect to "Resolution No. 20-95: Intent to Establish a County Road" submitted by the'
Jefferson County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published to the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such publication and
posting being now on file herein; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard and considered all evidence
and matters submitted in relation thereto does now find and determine that the public will be
benefitted by the establishment as a part of the county road system;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED THAT:
That road known as Tahlequah Ln.,M.P.O.ooto M.P.0.06,as graphically shown at page
124 in Volume 11 of Surveys, and lying in the RainCrow Industrial Center in Section 21,
Township 30 North, Range 1 West, W.M., as recorded under Auditor's File Number
353134 all records of Jefferson County, State of Washington,
BE HEREBY ESTABLISHED.
