IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tahleauah Lane, a County
Road established by the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners
on March 27, 1995, from M.P. 0.00 to M.P. 0.06 , be improved as
follows:
Graded, drained, and surfaced with Gravel Base and Top Course
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the
officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the
purpose shown:

with R.C.W. 36.77.020 et. seq.

accordance with R.C.W. 36.77.060 and W.A.C. 136.18.
