Increasing the Petty Cash
for the County Road Fund
RESOLUTION NO. 29-95

and,
WHEREAS, the County Road Fund currently has a petty cash fund of $300.00,
WHEREAS, an additional amount of $100.00 is needed for petty cash for postage
and mailing at the Public Works office at the Federal Building,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Jefferson County Road Fund
Petty Cash amount be increased to $400.00 and the County Treasurer be authorized to
issue a Treasurer's check in the amount of $100.00 payable to the Jefferson County
Road Fund.
