WHEREAS, Jefferson County is the record owner of the following described real estate:
All that portion of County Roads and/or Easements, recorded and unrecorded, rights
and appurtenances thereto, located within the limits of State Road 19, Larson Lake
Road to Oak Bay Road vicinity as located in Sections 7 and 18, Township 28 North,
Range 1 East, Jefferson County, Washington; the specific details concerning all of
which are to be found within that certain map of definite location now of record and
on file in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at Olympia, and bearing date of
, approval January 13, 1995.
WHEREAS, the improvement of the above referenced highway by the Washington State
Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the STATE, it is necessary for the
STATE to acquire title to said lands; and .
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County, it appears to said Board that it will be in the best interests of both Jefferson County
and the STATE that Jefferson County convey said lands to the STATE by Quit Claim Deed for
a consideration of Mutual Benefits;
NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County,
Washington, that Jefferson County, in accordance with RCW 47.12.040 and through its Board
of County Commissioners, to deliver said Quit Claim Deed to the STATE.

QUITCLAIM DEED
State Route 19, Port Ludlow Drive Vie. to Larson Lake Road
The Grantor, JEFFERSON COUNTY, WASHINGTON, A MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION, for and in consideration of MUTUAL BENEFITS, conveys and quitclaims to
the State of Washington the following described real estate, and any after acquired interest
therein, situated in Jefferson County, in the State of Washington, to the same extent and purpose
as if the rights herein granted had been acquired under Eminent Domain statutes of the State of
Washington:
All County Roads and/or Easements, recorded and unrecorded, rights and
appurtenances thereto, located within the limits ofSR 19, Port Ludlow Drive Vie. to
Larson Lake Road as located in Sections 7 and 18, Township 28 North, Range 1 East,
W,M" in Jefferson County, Washington..
The specific details concerning all of which are to be found within that certain map of
definite location now of record and on file in the office of the Secretary of Transportation at
Olympia, and bearing date of approval January 13, 1995.
It is understood and agreed that delivery of this deed is hereby tendered and that the terms
and obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the State of Washington unless and until
accepted and approved hereon in writing for the State of Washington, Department of
Transportation, by the Director of Real Estate Services.
