RESOLUTION NO.5~-95
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on June 5,1995 called
for bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice of the call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, two bids were received and opened during public session on
June 19,1995 at 11:15 a.m., as shown in the attached bid tabulation, and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the people of Jefferson County to
select the most responsive of the two acceptable bids, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOL VED, that the best and most responsive bid was
submitted by Ace Paving Co., Inc, for a total bid amount of $111,051.23 and that this bid
be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the specifications and contract documents
in their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
