Patricia dropped off the meeting, but I brought over Bill Turner. It is 9:29 right now
09:35:11 From Heidi Eisenhour to Chambers(Direct Message):
I will check in with Greg and Kate after Bill. My sense is to let everyone speak. We run public comment longer right?
09:38:55 From Chambers to Heidi Eisenhour(Direct Message):
I've been keeping track of who already spoke. For the public comment period at the end of the meeting, I can bring over those who haven't spoke yet first.
10:56:57 From Chambers to Everyone:
Recess until 11:30 a.m. Then, continued discussion and a secondary public comment period - if time allows.
11:50:21 From Chambers to Hosts and panelists:
I agree with Commissioner Brotherton, the Agenda specifically states Potential Action re: The Beaver Valley Sorts Timber Sale. We have Philip Hunsucker in attendance if you'd like to
pitch the idea to him re: Adding Penny Wise
11:51:15 From Kate Dean, Jefferson County Commissioner to Hosts and panelists:
It would be good to get Mr. Hunsucker's opinion.
11:57:01 From Chambers to Philip Hunsucker and all panelists:
The Commissioners would like to take action on a letter and have a question. The meeting agenda says potential action re: Beaver Valley Sorts Timber Sale.. and after edits to the proposed
letter, KD and HE are leaning towards wanting to include Penny Wise Timber Sale. I think that since this was not on the agenda, Penny Wise should not be included, thoughts? I will be
bringing you over as a panelist if you can weigh in please. Thank you
11:58:50 From Mark McCauley to Chambers(Direct Message):
The letter attached to the agenda speaks to Pennywise - so a revised letter including Pennywise should be okay.
12:00:54 From Chambers to Mark McCauley(Direct Message):
Okay, I see reference of it and feel like it's a grey area. Philip is not accepting promotion to panelist either.
