15:07:49 From Chambers to Heidi Eisenhour(Direct Message) : No, that would be incorrect then. For hearings, once you close the public hearing, you would not reopen it. Plus, she
has already provided testimony. I believe one time - because there may have been technical difficulties - that the Commissioners decided to reopen hearing to allow testimony again.
But I have never seen anyone being able to provide two public testimonies during a hearing, and would not advise it.
