This meeting was cancelled, as a Special Meeting of the BoCC ( only one Commissioner may attend
today. Recent information from WSAC regarding access to meeting did not include a phone number and access code to be
able to attend the meeting. It only provided a Zoom link.As Tom Thiersch pointed out,and is correct,the public needs to be
able to join via phone too.)
