Re: Parcel #: 001334023
Dear Karen Johnson,
The road naming process that was initiated by the road naming petition received by this office
on April 18, 2022, is complete and your new street address is 262 Twin Cedars Rd. The new
address plates have been enclosed along with proper installation instructions. To assure
prompt emergency response, please mount the plates in accordance with the instructions
given.
The Department of Community Development notifies the US Postal Service, Fire Districts, 911
Emergency Communications and major utilities, as well as other agencies like Google of your
address and road name change. However, you must notify personal and business contacts of
the change of address. It is recommended that if you would like Google to find your address
that you type in the new address to your parcel every time you go there until Google learns to
associate your address with the directions you are requesting.
The applicant is to contact Jefferson County Public Works shop regarding fee and installation
of the new road sign at (360) 385‐0890.
