Meeting was called to order at 8:35 by Judy Shepherd
Request for additional agenda items : Commissioner Brotherton reminded the group that new OPMA rules
require public comment be added to our agenda starting in the June 2022 meeting.
Motion to approve the April 27, 2022 Minutes by Heidi, 2nd by Mark, approved unanimously.

Please see reports in Laserfiche ARPA – Interfund Transaction: Mark reported on BOCC action taken on May 23, 2022 to do an interfund loan from the general fund to the grants management fund to cover cash flow for commitments to community groups. These
funds will allow for payment of $500,000 to Habitat for Humanity to purchase land for an affordable housing project.
The general fund will be reimbursed when ARPA funds are received.
2nd Quarter Appropriations call on 6/9, turn into BOCC by 6/21.
