HISTORY:
1. This BWOP is for an un-permitted ADU. The NSFR was permitted under BLD2016-00396
and SEP15-00160. The detached garage was permitted under BLD2017-00494.
2. Adjacent Parcel 983200006- 6yr Mor. on Non-Forest Permits Notes Notice of Conversion
from DNR, Moratorium in effect. No further action required.

CRITICAL AREA:
1. SUSC- According to the Jefferson County GIS Maps, there is a Susceptible Critical
