WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners, of Jefferson County,
entered into agreement with Allied Data for implementation of Data
Processing Services in the Assessor's and Treasurer's Offices; and
WHEREAS, certain initial phases of said services have been
performed by Allied Data for which direct expenses are to be reim-
bursed by the county; and
WHEREAS, Part 51 of Subtitle B of Title 31, Code of Federal
Regulations, Section 51.41, authorizes the use of Federal Revenue
Sharing entitlement funds for financial administration expenditures;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and
she is hereby authorized to pay Allied Data the amount of $3,301.38
from the unencumbered fund balance of Federal Revenue Sharing ac-
count number 501.00.
