IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COmmISSIONERS that it is
thezr intention to improve the West Valley Road by realigning, widening,
grading and draining.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby' appropria2ed sums in the followi~ detail:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Contract
· accordance w'zth State of Washington Standard. Specifications for Road and
Brmdge Construction as adopted by th~s Board.
