IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COI~ISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve access'to North Mats Mats area by Grading,
Draining and Surfacing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county road purpose
there is hereby appropriated sums in the following detail:

necessity, and the Count]' Road Engineer zs HEREBY ORDERED AND AUTHORIZED TO
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this p'urpose be performed by Contract
accordance w'zth State of Washington Standard. Specifications for Road and
Brzdge Construction as adopted by th~s Board.
