surfacing
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COmmISSIONERS that it is
their intention to improve 0.9 mile of the Hazel Point Road with light
bituminum surface treatment and screened gravel surfacing.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT for the foregoing proper county' road purpose
there is hereby aD~ropriated sums in the following detail:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by day labor
accordance with State of' Washington Standard, Specifications fo~ Road and
Brmdge Construction as adopted by' th~s Board.
