ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road
Engineer's report with respect to the vacation set forth in Resolution
No. 4-76, adopted on the 26th day of January, 1976, and it appearing
to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing upon said
Engineer's report has been posted and published for the time and in
the manner provided by law, proof of such posting and publication
being now on file herein, and said Board having proceeded to consider
the report of the Engineer, together with the other evidence adduced,
anG being fully advised in the premises, does now find and determine
That the public will be benefited by the vacation thereof,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
Rose street between Blocks 1,2,4 & 5 from
the West line extended of Blocks 4 & 5
and the East line extended of Blocks 1 & 2
(West line of Washington Street) also an
Unnamed Street between Blocks 1,2,4, & 5
from the North line extended of Blocks 1 &
4 and the South line extended of Blocks 2
& 5, all in Josephine Campbells Addition
to Quilcene
be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD
AT 10:00A.M., MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 1976, AT A REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF JEFFERSON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF
HEARING TESTIMONY FOR OR AGAINST THE VACATION OF:
ROSE STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 1,2,4 & 5 FROM
THE WEST LINE EXTENDED OF BLOCKS 4 & 5
AND THE EAST LINE EXTENDED OF BLOCKS 1 & 2
(WEST LINE OF WASHINGTON STREET) ALSO AN
UNNAMED STREET BETWEEN BLOCKS 1,2,4 & 5
FROM THE NORTH LINE EXTENDED OF BLOCKS 1 &
4 AND THE SOUTH LINE EXTENDED OF BLOCKS 2
& 5, ALL IN JOSEPHINE CAMPBELLS ADDITION
TO QUILCENE.
