RESOLUTION NO.
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
did by Resolution No. 14 -75, adopted on the 1st day of March, 1976,
declare that an emergency existed to provide additional funds for the
Planning Department in the sum of $752.03 which will be reimbursed by
the Department of Ecology; and set a hearing on said emergency for
March 15, a976, at the hour of 10:00a.m.; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week in
the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED by the Board of County Commissioners,
that there be and there is hereby appropriated for the County Planning
Department the sum of $752.03 in unexpended funds to provide for pro-
fessional services; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following account, not exceeding
the gross amount so appropriated to wit:
31.003 Professional Services $752.03
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.

NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of
Jefferson County Commissioners on the 15th day of March, 1976, at the hour
of 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Chambers, for a proposed emergency bud-
get extension for the Jefferson County Planning Department in the amount
of $753.00.
Said funds are to correct a budget error in the 1975 and 1976 budgets of the
Department. The total amount of said funds are reimbursable from the State
of Washington and the U.S. Department of Commerce through a grant -in -aid
contract dated July 1, 1975, pursuant to County Commissioners Resolutions
#66 -75 and 72 -75.
At said hearing any interested taxpayer may appear and be heard for or
against the appropriation for said alleged emergency. Dated this 2nd day
of March, 1976.
