WHEREAS, after due consideration, it appears%to this Board
of Courity Commissioners that it is not in.,the public interest to
continue to have the following described real estate platted, or
to continue to maintain as a part of the County Road system:
That portion of Eugene Street between
8th ~enue and 9th Avenue together with
block 60 and 61 in tile plat Irondale No.7,
as recorded in volume 2 of plats on page
144, records of Jefferson County.
BE IT RESOLVED, and this Board of Count~'~Commissioners
does now declare its intent to vacate said blocks and road, and
be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, and the County Road Engineer is hereby
directed to. examine said blocks and road and report his opinion
as to whether this real estate should be vacated; whether any is
in use or has been in use; the conditions -thereof, and all other
facts, matters and things which will be of importance to the Board,
and that such report be filed as soon as practicable.
