WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Jefferson County,
Washington, did by Resolution No. 25 -76, adopted on the 19th day of
April, 1976, declare that an emergency existed to provide funds for
CETA employees whose expenditures are reimbursable under the Compre-
hensive Employment and Training Act; and
WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was published for one week
in the manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, this being the time and place set for said hearing,
and no objection or objection interposed;
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Board of County Com-
missioners, that there be and there is hereby appropriated the sum of
$7,764.80 in unexpended funds to provide for the aforementioned emer-
gency; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the County Auditor be, and she is
hereby empowered to draw warrants against the following accounts, not
exceeding the gross amounts so appropriated to wit:
