WHEREAS, a double billing was submitted by the Architect and
in due course approved for payment, an overpayment in the amount of
$4,352.37 resulted.
WHEREAS, the overpayment of $4,352.37 was returned from David
A. Johnston, Architect, by personal check.
WHEREAS, this overpayment has created a budget inequity, the
amount of $4,352.37 must be appropriated to keep the original budget in
perspective with the original budget allocation;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the county auditor be, and
she is hereby authorized to extend the budget of the Building Construct-
ion Fund as follows:
519.50.62.002
519.50.62.003
$3,488.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the foregoing and objectives
hereof are within the provisions required by law, this resolution shall
be in force and take effect without further notice or hearing.
