RESOLUTION NO. g'---FY�
ORDER OF VACATION
This matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's
report with respect to the vacation set forth in "Notice of Hearing ",
dated on the 14th day of June, 1976, and it appearing to the Board of
County Commissioners that said notice of hearing has been posted and
published for the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such
posting and publication being now on file herein, and said Board having
proceeded to consider the report of the Engineer, together with the
other evidence adduced, and being fully advised in the promises, does
now find and determine that the public will be benefited by the vacation
thereof;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, and it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
That portion of the old location of
county road no. 70, in the S.E. k,
N.W. k, N.E. k, Section 34, Township
26 N., Range 2 W. lying outside the
present right of way of the road as
constructed under C.R.P. No. 186,
May 18, 1959
be and the same are hereby vacated, except the County will retain the
privilege of owning and maintaining a stock pile of road materials for
a period of time of five years from this date.
ADOPTED this 28th day of June, 1976.
