WHEREAS, it 'appears that an adjustment should be made
within the 1976 budget of expenditures for the Jefferson County Clerk,
and
WHEREAS, surplus funds exist in some catagories of said
budget and insufficient funds exist in others;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and
she is hereby authorized to make the following transfer within the Clerk's
budget for 1976:

Please be.advised that after a thorough examination of my current budget
it appears that an adjustment should be made within the 19 Budget of
Expenditures for this department. Due to there being sufficient funds
in other accounts within the budget of the department to permit the
necessary adjustment(s), I hereby request the following transfer(s):
