ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard this day, and it appearing
that notice hereof has been given for the time, and in the manner
provided by law, and no objection oF objection interposed, the Board
finds that the facts set forth in Resolution No. 45-76, constitute
an emergency, and that the proposed expenditure should be authorized,
it is
ORDERED, and the County Auditor be, and she is hereby em-
powered to draw warrants against the following funds, not ex-
ceeding the gross amounts so appropriated to wit:
County Road Fund $6,976.20
Current Expense Fund $5,805.77
Solid Waste $ 486.02
Election Reserve $ 40.10
Treasurer.'s'~O & M fund $ 84.13
Regional Planning $ 124.16
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
