ORDER
This matter coming on to be heard this day, and it
appearing that notice hereof has been given for the time, and
in the manner provided by law, and no one appeared to speak
against proposed budget extentions, the Board finds that the
facts set forth in Resolution No. 50-76, constitute an emergency
and that the proposed expenditure should be authorized, it is
ORDERED, and the County Auditor be, and she is hereby
empowered to draw warrants against the following funds, not
exceeding the gross amounts so appropriated to wit:
Commissioners -
Total Personal Services
Treasurer -
Total Personal Services
$3,696.00
$3,998.00
unless a review is applied for within five days from date hereof.
