A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FILING FEE FOR FOREST
LAND CLASSIFICATION APPLICATIONS, AND PROVIDING
THAT NO FEE SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO JANUARY 1,
1977, AND DISPENSING WITH CERTAIN RECORDING FEES.
THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, IN REGULAR SESSION, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. There is here and hereby fixed and assessed a
filing fee in the sum of $5.00 for each application for Forest
Land Classification, pursuant to RCW 84.33.130, which fee
accompany submission of the application to the County
2assessor, or such other office as may be designated to accept
such applications, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that said fee shall not
be required for applications filed prior to January 1, 1977.
Section 2. No recording fee shall be required for the
recording of Forest Land Classification applications prior to
January 1, 1977.
