WHEREAS, Jefferson County Cemetery District No. 1 was established
by vote of the electors on September 21, 1976, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the intended Cemetery District was inadvertently
omitted from the property description of the said District, and
WHEREAS, procedures for annexation to a Ce~aetery District are set
out in RCW 68.18.010, and
~EREAS, a Petition For Annexati°n ..To Jefferson County Cemetery
District No. 1 has been signed by more than sixty percent (60%) of the registered
electors residing within Sections 6, 7, 18 and 19, Twp. 26 North, Range 1, West
W.M., requesting annexation to Jefferson County Cemetery District No. 1. This
Petition was certified under date of October 1, 1976, by the Jefferson County
Auditor, and copies of the Petition and Certification are attached hereto;
Now, Therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that Sections 6, 7, 18 and 19, of
Twp. 26 North, Range 1, West W.M. be and they are hereby incorporated into
Jefferson County Cemetery District No. 1.
