WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
Board of County Commissioners, that a storage cabinet and 200
vinyl envelopes are needed to. Store and preserve all Jefferson
County Plat Maps, and;
WHEREAS, Part 51.41, Subpart B, of Title 1, Federal
Regulation, 1976 revised addition, authorizes the expenditures
of Revenue Sharing Funds to purchase necesSary equipment,
THEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED, 'that the County Auditor be
and she is hereby authorized to draft a warrant in the amount
of $1,775.94 from the Revenue Sharing Funds for purchasing
1 Hazel Plat Cabinet #400, and 200 18"X 24" vinyl envelopes
to be used for storing of same.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this /~ay of October, 1976.
